(001368) Linen Postcard. Letitia Street House (Wm. Penn Mansion), Fairmount Park, Philadelphia, Pa. Chicago, IL: Curt Teich & Co.. Excellent. Unused. 7A-H2331. Printed on back: Charles F. Williams, Philadelphia, Pa. Formerly thought to have been built and used by William Penn, originally stood on land owned by Penn's daughter Letitia, removed to Park in 1882. Later research proved it was built shortly after 1703. Restored in 1932 by Philadelphia Museum as best remaining example of an early Philadelphia dwelling (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)
